Bought two of the same type. One was dead upon arrival. Hoping for a positive resolution on this.

This portable fan is a lifesaver in hot weather. the turbo wind mode is incredibly powerful and cools me down instantly. the battery lasts all day and the led display is handy.

This is my second purchase because i lost the first one and missed it greatly. the wind power is strong and the led display helps to accurately monitor battery life.
